Health Drinks For Good Skin

  • Green juice – Green juice contain fiber, vitamins & tissues which are very helpful for skin. To make this drink we need some ingredients like :-
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cup beet

  • A pinch of black salt
